Leslie Allen

Service area: York and Durham Regions, Kawartha Lakes, east to Trenton and Eastern Ontario

Leslie Allen has over 30 years of experience working in social service and rehabilitation sectors. She returned to Bartimaeus Rehabilitation Services Inc. five years ago — after operating her own rehabilitation business — and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise as Service Director. Her management experience and continued direct client service adds to her knowledge base with a unique perspective. Leslie has spent her career supporting individual’s living in poverty (OW and ODSP), youth justice, mental health and rehabilitation as it applies to acquired brain injury and recovery methodologies. Leslie has a strong interest in social development and has previously sat on the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of Durham, the Brain Injury Service of Toronto’s Awareness committee (BIST On the Go) and currently sits as a member for HeadsUp — an acquired brain injury awareness committee in Durham Region. Leslie is highly committed to volunteering in her community and seeking optimum recovery for those involved in motor vehicle accidents and occupational/work related injuries. Leslie lives and works in Durham Region.
