Our Rehabilitation Support Workers provide direct therapy and transitional support to individuals who exhibit social, emotional and/or behavioral difficulties which may prevent them from a successful re-integration into the community. Service is delivered in the hospital, client’s home, community, school or workplace.
Our approach focuses on the functional and cognitive remediation needs of the client. Our Rehabilitation Support Workers implement programs under the direction of a regulated health care professional and receive ongoing support from our highly experienced regional Service Directors.
The service is flexible, client-directed and reflective of the goals and needs of the individual.
